Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the motorcycle.

Perform the following operations

Perform the following operations:

Seat - Remove L Series

Battery - Remove L Series

Fuel Tank - Remove L Series

  1. Remove the two rear fixings and flanged sleeves.
    2. Airbox Rear Fixing_1 (ckvq)

  2. Loosen the clamp at the front of the airbox.
    3. Airbox Clamp_1 (ckvn)

    1. Airbox

    2. Clamp

  3. Move the airbox rearwards and upwards and remove the breather hose and secondary air injection hose from the front of the airbox.
  4. Remove the airbox. Note the position of the rubber seal and clamp for installation.
