Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the motorcycle.

Perform the following operations:

Seat - Remove L Series

Battery - Remove L Series

Headlights Remove LG1; LGX

  1. Support the headlight assembly and remove the headlight pivot fixings.

  2. Remove the three fixings and remove the headlight assembly rear cover.
    3. Headlight Connection_1 (ckuh)

    2. Electrical connector

    3. Fixings

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the headlight from the harness, noting the routing of the harness for installation.
  4. If required, remove the two fixings and washers to remove the headlight brackets from the headlight.
    5. Headlight Connection_2 (ckug)

    1. Headlight

    2. Headlight bracket, left hand side

    3. Headlight bracket, right hand side
