Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the motorcycle.

Seat - Remove L Series

Battery - Remove L Series

Instruments Removal LG1; LG2; LH2

  1. Loosen, but do not remove, the headlight pivot fixings.

  2. Tilt the headlight forwards in order to gain access to the instruments fixings.

  3. Remove the instruments shroud from the instruments bracket by pressing the sides of the shroud to release the retaining clips and pulling it downwards clear of the instruments bracket. Disconnect the instruments electrical connector.
    4. Instrument shroud removal (T3369)

  4. Remove the three fixings and washers and remove the instruments from the bracket.
