Caution - Do not spill brake fluid

To prevent paint damage, do not spill brake fluid onto any area of the bodywork. Spilled brake fluid will damage paintwork.
- Remove the fixing and remove the rear wheel speed sensor and bracket and position to one side, noting the routing for installation.

- Disconnect the rear brake hose at the caliper and place the free end of the hose in a suitable container to collect the brake fluid. Discard the sealing washers.
- Remove the rear wheel (see Rear Wheel - Removal).
- Remove the brake pads (see Rear Brake Pads - Removal).
- Remove the brake caliper and carrier assembly.
